Ibrahimovic, Verratti, Maxwell and Sirigu invest in the Carlyle fund. This is what emerges from the financial statements as at 31 December 2017 of the Italian company Cirooo SRL, of which Ibra is the largest shareholder with 58% while its former partners at the time of Paris Saint Germain each hold a 14% stake.

From the 2017 budget of Cirooo SRL, set up in Milan in Via della Spiga in May 2016, it emerges that last year the company made an initial investment in the Carlyle Strategic Partners IV LP fund for the amount of 877,215 $. This investment is destined to rise over time, given that Ibra and associates have committed to pay into the US fund the total amount of 8 million $.

The Carlyle Strategic Partners IV LP invests in the debt and equity of companies in the U.S., Europe and Asia experiencing financial, operational or cyclical distress. The fund has the flexibility to invest throughout the capital structure of a company in bank loans, public debt, public and private equity. Investments listed here are in companies that CSP IV controls or is a registered affiliate. Other debt and equity positions are not listed.
