The Serie B season ended yesterday, Hellas Verona joins SPAL as the promoted teams. On the relegation side, no playout is needed so the last four teams have been relegated to Lega Pro (Latina, Pisa, Vicenza, Trapani).
Frosinone, who finished third, was very close to an automatic promotion but with Perugia’s victory the gap between third and fourth was only nine points thus triggering the playoffs.
