After their successful period with Inter, Moratti and Zanetti will be real estate partners. CMC, Moratti’s real estate holding, underwrote MI Vjeco’s capital increase, a company that was controlled by the Argentine champion. Radiocor Plus also reported that Moratti made a symbolic investment of just €42,000 to get 10% of the company. Zanetti firmly remains the majority shareholder with 90% of it.
MI Jveco seems to be a very healthy company. Currently it counts an active profit of €3.4 million and closed the last three statements in perfect balance. Both of them are looking forward to expand their business.
CMC, Moratti’s real estate company that holds assets in Milan and Paris as well as various financial holdings including the one in Matteo Arpe’s company “Sartor”, closed the year 2015 with a net profit of €14.8 million thanks to a capital gain of €15.28 mln made on Pirelli’s shares. Last year, the same CMC reimbursed €16.85 mln to Moratti of which €4.85 mln of interest-free loans, and €12 mln in capital funding.
